This is an interim document written in plain language by the team that runs the app. It has not been reviewed or certified by an attorney. It describes what the app does today and will be replaced when a reviewed version exists.
These terms are the end-user agreement for Team Panda, a private operations app for one team. By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Seats are created by a team admin; there is no public sign-up. Your sign-in is for you alone. Keep your password to yourself and tell your admin if you think someone else has used it. An admin can change your permissions or remove your seat at any time.
Use it for the team’s work, enter information you believe is true, and only open what your permissions allow. Do not try to get around permissions, reach another company’s records, or disrupt the service.
Connecting a QuickBooks company is optional. Only connect a company you are authorized to connect. The connection is read-only: the app reads open invoices, open bills, the company name and the Profit & Loss report under the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope. It never writes to QuickBooks and never moves money.
Money figures in the app are a cached copy from the last sync and can be out of date or incomplete. QuickBooks remains the record. When QuickBooks returns an error, the app says so and shows no figures in their place. Do not rely on the app for accounting, tax or legal decisions.
You can disconnect a company on the Money page at any time. Your use of QuickBooks itself stays under Intuit’s own terms. Team Panda is not an Intuit product and is not endorsed by Intuit.
Some pages rely on other services, such as the Calendly booking embed. Those services have their own terms, and a feature may be unavailable when the service behind it is.
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may change, be unavailable, or contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, the team that runs it is not liable for losses that come from using it or from relying on the figures it shows.
What the app stores and reads is described in the Privacy Policy. When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and continuing to use the app means you accept the new version. Questions go to your team admin, who is the person that gave you your sign-in.
